Refund Policy
Try Trex Iptv free first. If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 24 hours and we'll send it back.
This Refund Policy explains how Trex Iptv handles refunds for our IPTV subscriptions. It covers when you're eligible, how to request your money back, and the few cases where a refund won't apply. Read it before you pay so there aren't any surprises later.
1. Free Trial First
Every new visitor gets a free 24-hour trial. No card, no deposit, no auto-charge. You'll see exactly what's on the service before a single dollar moves. The trial ends on its own after 24 hours, and you only pay if you choose a plan.

2. Eligibility — Who Can Get a Refund
If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. We don't ask why. A few ground rules:
- The request must arrive within 24 hours of the original payment.
- Refunds cover first-time purchases only. Renewals don't qualify.
- One refund per customer per email address.
- Money goes back to the same card or wallet that paid us.
3. Time Window
The 24-hour clock starts the moment your payment clears. After that window closes, we can no longer issue a refund on that subscription. We recommend you test the service hard inside the first day — open a few channels, try the EPG, stream on the device you actually use.
4. How to Request a Refund
Reach us through either of these:
- WhatsApp: Chat with our team
- Contact form: Send a message via /contact.html
Please send us your registered email and the rough date of purchase. That's enough for us to find your order and start the refund.
5. Processing Time
We review every request within 48 hours of receiving it. Once approved, the refund leaves our side immediately. From there, your bank or wallet usually posts it back within 3–7 business days. Card networks can be slow — if you don't see it after a week, message us and we'll dig into the trace.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund won't apply when:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the payment.
- The plan is a renewal, not a first-time purchase.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials or reselling the line.
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank. In that case, please cancel the chargeback and contact us — it's faster and cleaner for both sides.
- You used a partial-refund promotional code or a heavily discounted bundle that the terms marked as final sale.
7. Renewals and Cancellations
Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable, so cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle if you don't want to continue. Need help cancelling? Message us and we'll handle it for you.
8. Technical Issues — Try Support First
If you're hitting buffering, missing channels, or login trouble, please ping support before you ask for a refund. Most issues get sorted in a few minutes — usually it's a player setting or a DNS quirk on your end. Our team is on WhatsApp 24/7, so you won't be waiting.
9. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes apply from the date they're posted on this page. If you're already subscribed, the policy that was in effect on your purchase date still covers that order.
10. Contact
Questions about a specific refund or about this policy in general? Reach Trex Iptv through our contact page and we'll get back to you the same day.
